Learning Objectives
The main training objective is the development of the ability to analyze the processes involved in the professional help relationship and in the organization's system with specific reference to the processes of building professional identity. The development of the production and editing capacities of the various forms of documentation also in the perspective of social service research about the practices adopted. Research skills for the recognition of tacit and implicit knowledge underlying the representations of social workers. development of skills for formulating questions in the dual interpersonal and organizational dimension.

case studies, group reflection work and the elaboration of internship and professional experiences require attendance in the classroom or remotely.
Type of Assessment
The final exam aims to ascertain the acquisition of knowledge and analytical skills of the construction processes of professional practices. In particular the skills for the reconstruction of people's life trajectories and the critical study of the archives for the identification of the critical issues relating to the provision of social and professional services. It involves the development of a paper of about 25 pages on a topic, agreed with the teacher, aimed at investigating the theoretical dimensions and representations of social workers on the chosen topic.
The paper must be sent to the teacher at least 15 days before the date of the oral exam which will consist of a technical conversation for the presentation of the paper and the verification of the theoretical knowledge of the topics and the ability to analyze the situations presented.

Types of knowledge and knowledge in social work: construction processes of professional practices between the theoretical dimension and daily activity.
Complex thinking as a tool for analyzing realities; the biographical approach as a methodology for recovering narratives and the construction of scenarios and life paths and social care careers.
Professional supervision: theoretical references and objectives. Tool for defining contextualized knowledge and practices. Dimension. methodology and analysis of supervision processes.
Documentation is the central element to connect the different concepts and reference theories of social work. Specific knowledge: the legislation, the types of documentation, the methodological question for a crretta drafting. the communicative and identity dimension of the documentation.
Processes of construction of the professional identity in the double perspective of the "field" according to Bourdieue of the "dirty work" of Hughes.
Ethical dimension and scientific dimension of the profession.
