The course analyzes the principles and rules of discipline of work employed by public administrations following the so-called privatization of public employment, with regard to both trade union law and employment relationship institutions.

Alternatively, students can carry out an essay, in which case the program to be studied consists only in studying the section before the aforementioned manual. This paper will be on a single topic that the student can propose.
Learning Objectives
The principles and rules governing the work employed by public administrations are analyzed following the so-called privatization of public employment, with regard to both trade union law and employment relationship institutions.
The purpose is to provide students with the basis of the rules concerning the employment relationship employed by public administrations in order to know and understand the discipline of trade union law and labor law employed by the public administration, also through the examination of cases practical ones addressed in class; develop legally founded critical positions in relation to the topics of the course.
